Chocolate Pot de Crème 🍫

Today's recipe is basically a baked custard, pot de crème. I used chocolate for additional flavour but you can use whatever you like, such as lemon zest and juice or just vanilla. And we will obtain the thickness from egg yolks. The best part is that there is no limitation for your design and toppings :)

Ingredients
473 ml heavy cream
43 g sugar
4 ea egg yolks
133 g grated chocolate
4 g vanilla
Method
In a pan, heat your cream into simmer. (Just see the little bubble)
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until they turn pale yellow.
When your cream simmer, mix with egg mixture and add vanilla.
Add the mixture into grated chocolate by straining to make sure that you don't have any fragments in it.
Stir for couple minutes to melt the chocolate.
Divide your chocolate mixture into cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 °F. (For a better result, bake in water bath)
Should be set but also need to jiggle little.
